Delivery Time
Orders for all in-stock products are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 10 days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time. You can check the status of your order by clicking on 'Order Status'. Be sure to have your order number ready - you will need it to access Order Status.

Shipping
You may ship your entire order to one address or select multiple delivery addresses when making purchases online. DfineJewellery.com offers both STANDARD (10 days) and EXPRESS (5 days) delivery. EXPRESS delivery may not be available on some items, or in some areas.

Canceling Online Orders
In order to guarantee the fastest delivery time orders are processed throughout the day. You may request to cancel an order prior to midnight Eastern Time, by calling our Customer Service department. Please keep in mind if your order is processed, our Customer Service department will be unable to cancel your order. However, if you decide you do not want ordered you may return it to DfineJewellery.com within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund of your total purchase price.

Returning
We stand behind our products, however we realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Most products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount, tax. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please review the detailed return instructions on your printed order summary.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Payment
Sales tax is applied to all orders.  DfineJewellery.com is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in these states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. The sales tax not displayed. Your actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed and will be displayed correctly on your Packing Slip.
